What a year it’s been for Havas Media U.S. The agency kicked off 2017 as AdWeek’s Media Agency of the Year and in November was named MediaPost’s Media Agency of the Year.

In this candid chat, Havas Media North America CEO Colin Kinsella shares his thoughts on the wins, how the industry has changed since he started his career, and his philosophy on leadership: “It really is a testament to the team that we have here, the approach that we’re taking, the whole Village construct, and that we’re bringing everybody to the table that needs to be there—and we’re winning.”
