‘A Place to Talk About Creativity’

For 12 years, the Havas Café has served as homebase for Havas Group during the Cannes Lions festival. A place to relax, meet with clients, have a drink, network, or take in an interesting panel discussion.

Havas Group’s Chief Communications Officer Lorella Gessa sits down with us to talk about her brainchild, and its humble beginnings on the terrace of a local bar. Gessa also shares how this year’s cafe—featuring a nearly 3,000 square-foot (270 square meters) entertainment lounge—will house showcases from Universal Music Group artists James Bay, Jessie Reyez, and Tanks and the Bangas.

“It was always meant as a place for our people to get together to talk about creativity,” she says.
