John Paul Cadman

JP joined Havas Group Media as Chief Planning officer in summer 2018 with a brief to focus on the core media planning product delivered to clients. He describes it as the perfect role given his belief in the craft of media planning and its’ ability to drive growth for clients.

JP has been in the industry for 20 years, the majority of which has been spent in strategy roles at MEC (now Wavemaker), OMD and Carat. He has also been seconded client-side for a year to act as Head Of Media for Northern Europe at J&J, won an IPA Effectiveness Award for his work on “Be Clear On Cancer,” written the IPA Advanced Certificate training module “How To Develop A Comms Plan,” and has been invited to 10 Downing Street to take part in a roundtable discussion on pensions
